An "N2 Injection Heater System" refers to a system that heats nitrogen gas (N2) before injecting it into a process, typically used in industrial applications to provide a controlled, heated stream of inert gas for various purposes like diluting other gases, maintaining temperature within a process, or protecting sensitive materials from oxidation; it usually consists of a nitrogen gas source, a heater element to raise the gas temperature, and a precise injection mechanism to deliver the heated nitrogen into the desired location.

The N2 Injection Heater System is isolated from the nitrogen supply by a sanitary check valve. The system consists of a mass flow controller and two-way solenoid valve connected to a customer 4-20 mA control signal from a PLC, mounted in a stainless steel NEMA 4 enclosure. The customer nitrogen supply is installed before the high pressure regulating valve. Compression fittings are included for the customer piping between the control panel and the mixing chamber.
